Staff Positions

Command Group The Commanding Officer (CO) is in charge of the squadron overall, liaises between the Squadron Sponsoring Committee (SSC) and squadron staff, and oversee all personnel in the squadron. Capt B. Wong
The Deputy Commanding Officer (DCO) is second in command of the squadron, and oversees the operation of the squadron. tba
Administration The Administration Officer (Admin O) is in charge of ensuring all personnel info are correct and validated, including contact and medical info, as well as ensuring the transfer process of cadets between corps/squadrons is complete. Capt S. Miklossy
The Assistant Administration Officer (A Admin O) is in charge of ensuring all cadet Fortress records are up to date, including attendance and promotions. CV M. Choi
Training The Training Officer (Trg O) is in charge of all training of the squadron, and coordinates officer staff and NCOs to ensure all training is delivered effectively.

Training Standards The Training Standards Officer (Trg Stds O) is in charge of ensuring all cadets and instructors are meeting instructional and evaluation standards, and routinely performs audits. 2Lt M. Hsieh
Supply The Supply Officer (Sup O) is in charge of ordering and exchanging uniform parts, as well as take measurements for uniform parts. CI Y. Tan

Cadet Staff Positions

Command Group Cadet Squadron Commander (Cdt Sqn Comd) is the highest position a cadet can attain, and is responsible for leading the squadron. They are also responsible for liaising between the cadets and officers.  
Administration Administration NCO (Admin NCO) is in charge of confirming attendance of training nights, as well as assisting with administrative duties.  
Training Training NCO (Trg NCO) is in charge of overseeing the operation of mandatory Wed training, managing instructors, and deconflicting scheduling issues.  
Level One NCO (Lvl 1 NCO) is in charge of overseeing Level One in regards to instruction, evaluation, and discipline.  
Level Two NCO (Lvl 2 NCO) is in charge of overseeing Level Two in regards to instruction, evaluation, and discipline.  
Level Three NCO (Lvl 3 NCO) is in charge of overseeing Level Three in regards to instruction, evaluation, and discipline.  
Level Four NCO (Lvl 4 NCO) is in charge of overseeing Level Four in regards to instruction, evaluation, and discipline.  
Activity NCO is in charge of overseeing the operation of all training outside Wed nights (except teams).  
Flying Ops NCO is in charge of organizing most aviation related activities, including gliding, fam flying, and ground school.  
Training Standards Training Standards NCO (Trg Stds NCO) is in charge of enforcing standards on uniform, drill, and instruction.  
Logistics Logistic NCO (Log NCO) is in charge of loaning out equipment to instructors, and scheduling appointments to see supply.
