	754 Phoenix Joining Instructions Reading Confirmation	Parents and cadets (NEW & RETURNING) must read the 754 Phoenix Joining Instructions & Information document by 25 October 2017. The document is updated every year and has undergone significant updates over the past couple years. The document will answer many of your questions and help facilitate a successful training year. Confirm that you have read the document by signing Annex C, Reading Completion Form (page 31 of Joining Instructions) and returning it to your Flight Commander or the squadron office by Wednesday, October 25 [important]We are extending the submission of the Reading Completion Form to next Wed (1 Nov 17), and will be marked as late[/important]
