LEVEL 3-4 FTX POSTPONED – Due to a logistical issue, our Level 3-4 FTX this weekend is postponed. We will attempt to reschedule for a later date.
LEVEL ACCELERATION ASSESSMENTS – New cadets that have joined and will be turning 14 or older during this training year have been given a study package for the acceleration assessment on 30 Oct. Cadets do not have to be accelerated if they don’t want to. Cadets that are older and are requesting to be accelerated to Level 3 will need to sit for an interview.
REMEMBRANCE DAY POPPY SALES – We will be participating in supporting the Port Moody Legion in selling poppies at Coquitlam Centre in November. Dates will be from 1-3 November and 7-10 November. Watch Teams for signups!
REMEMBRANCE DAY – The parade will be on Mon 11 Nov. Level 2+ cadets will be marching in the parade. Level 1 cadets will attend on their own or with their families.
FLYING! – We have been offered 21 spots for flying at Pitt Meadows on Sat 16 Nov. Stay tuned for sign up information!
MOVING TO OUR NEW LOCATION! – We have started to train at our new location beginning Wednesday 2 October. It is located at the Greater Heights Learning Academy, which is accessible on Harrison Avenue in Coquitlam (see map below). As you can see, the road is a bit curvy, so please be careful. We will be dropping off at the yellow zone below. You can access it by turning onto Kemsley Ave from Clarke Road, then turning left onto Elmwood St, then turning right onto Harrison Avenue. Please drop off in the yellow zone on the map below.
We will be using the entrance to the LEFT of the gym when entering from the SOUTH side of the school. Any other doors will be for emergency use only.
