Closing Parade Announcements

  SUBJECT DETAILS
NEW Squadron Photo Night
  • Our Formal Squadron Photos will be taken on Wed, 7 Mar 18, as per usual time, 6:30pm to 9:30pm
  • These photos will be published in the yearbook and ACR booklet, so everyone must look their best
  • Cadets will be wearing C1, or full dress uniform with medals; those without a uniform will wear white dress shirt, black pants, and black dress shoes
NEW Level 3/4 Training
  • Level 3/4 Training will take place on 18 Mar 18
  • Please add your info here to confirm your attendance
 NEW Fam Flying
  • Fam Flying sign up for March and April can be found here.
NEW Spring FTX
  • As part of your mandatory training, each cadet must attend at least one Field Training Exercise (FTX) in the training year
  • Our Spring FTX will occur 9-11 Mar. More details are written on the sign-up sheet
  • Sign-ups can be found here
  Winter Activity Challenge
  • Due to unexpected circumstances, the winter activities for this upcoming weekend is postponed until further notice
  • Details are written on the sign up here; please read them carefully.
 NEW Tag Days
  • Our Spring Tag Days Fundraiser is March 3 & 4.
  • It is mandatory for cadets to participate. Cadets sign up for one shift on either Saturday, Mar. 3 or Sunday, Mar. 4. Shifts are from 10:30 am to 4 pm.

  NAV Canada – Summer Camp Opportunity
  • Explore Aviation Summer Camp will offer 20 girls, entering Grade 10 in September 2018, insider access to learn how aviation works in Canada, and about the people who help keep aircraft flying safely. This one week, all-expenses-paid camp uses hands-on learning to explore exciting career choices in aviation to allow participants to experience the power and potential of a science education, and to be empowered to reach for success.

  Air Cadet League of Canada (ACLC) Post Secondary Scholarships
  754 Phoenix SSC Scholarship
  • Cadets in Grade 12 who plan on attending post-secondary education within one year of graduatign are eligible to apply for the scholarships offered by our SSC.
  • Find application form is here. Submission due date is 04 April 2018.
  High School Credits
  • Completion of some Cadet Training Levels, specialty summer courses, and Duke of Edinburgh awards are eligible for grade 10, 11, and 12 Secondary School Course credits.
  • Complete application form found here and submit to squadron Administration Officer, Lt Chiu.
