754 Phoenix Squadron Closing Parade Announcements

  SUBJECT DETAILS
NEW H.R. MacMillan Space Center Sleepover
  • The level 1’s and 2’s will be having a sleepover at the H.R. MacMillan Space Center on 5-6 May 2018
  • Sign ups will be posted soon
NEW Bouldering
  • As a replacement for the winter activity challenge, the squadron will going bouldering on 28 April 2018.
  • Sign ups will be posted soon
NEW Summer Dress
  • Effective 3 Apr 18, Summer Dress will be worn
  • As a reminder to the Level 1, summer dress is your winter dress without a tie or tunic. Please speak with your Flight Commander or 2IC for clarification
NEW Spring Break Stand Down
  • The squadron will be stood down for Spring Break
  • Unless authorized by our CO, activities will resume starting 3 Apr 18
NEW Spring/Summer Gliding
  • Spring/Summer Gliding sign up can be found here.
  Air Rifle Handling Test
  • In order to pass your level, all level ones must attend an air rifle handling test. Sign-ups can be found here.
  Spring Fam Flying
  • Spring Fam Flying sign up can be found here.
  New Recruit Name Tags
  • All new cadets will be supplied with one name tag at no cost to them.  If you are a new cadet to 754 Phoenix Squadron this year and have not yet received a name tag, please tell Mr. Jack Chen who will order a name tag for you.
  Level 3/4 Training
  • Level 3/4 Training will take place on 18 March 18.
  • Sign-up is mandatory even if you are not attending. It can be found  here.

  Air Cadet League of Canada (ACLC) Post Secondary Scholarships
  754 Phoenix SSC Scholarship
  • Cadets in Grade 12 who plan on attending post-secondary education within one year of graduatign are eligible to apply for the scholarships offered by our SSC.
  • Find application form is here. Submission due date is 04 April 2018.
  High School Credits
  • Completion of some Cadet Training Levels, specialty summer courses, and Duke of Edinburgh awards are eligible for grade 10, 11, and 12 Secondary School Course credits.
  • Complete application form found here and submit to squadron Administration Officer, Lt Chiu.
