Tue+Wed Tag Day Fundraiser We had yet another successful Tag Day Fundraiser, and we would like to thank all the cadets for their hard work. We would also like to extend our gratitude to all the parent volunteers for helping out during our Tag Days.
Tue+Wed Girls Fly Too
  • This event focuses on females interested in any area of aviation, and provides free flights for first time females!
  • We are currently looking for volunteers that are interested in helping out on Mar 12 or Mar 13 from 0800-1700.
  • Volunteers will get to interact and hear guest speakers in the aviation industry. All levels and genders are welcome to volunteer.
  • Transportation may be provided as well, please sign up here.
Tue+Wed Band Comp Practice
  • Practice will be held at Moody Elementary on 6 Mar 16 (Sun), from 0930 hrs to 1630 hrs
  • Please dress for the weather as we will be practicing in the field (with appropriate footwear)
  • Please bring your own lunch; water and snacks will be provided
  • Prior to arriving, all cadets must have read the routine (talk with your seniors to obtain the document)

  • Sign ups are now available for Summer Training Courses here
  • Please check to ensure you are available for the entire duration of your course before signing up. Again,this is just a sign up, the official selection list will be posted early March.
  • Sign up deadline March 4th, no exceptions.
Tue+Wed Post-Secondary Scholarships
  1. 754 Phoenix SSC will again be awarding four $500 post-secondary scholarships to 754 Phoenix cadet who are presently in grade 12,  graduating June 2016, and continuing their education at a post-secondary institution.  Submit your application to a sponsoring committee member or LHQ or satellite flight office by April 6, 2016.
  2. The Air Cadet League of Canada is offering three post-secondary scholarships.  Deadline for application is April 1, 2016.  Go to the ACLC website for more information and an application form.

Tue+Wed High School Work Experience Program
  • The Air Cadet League in partnership with the Aerospace Industry is offering a High School Work Experience Program to cadets in grade 11, or 12 that will provide them the opportunity to gain 40 hours of voluntary work experience in either an aerospace technical maintenance facility or airport operations environment.  This work experience will also fulfill the 30 hours work experience and community service requirement for graduation.
  • Work Experience opportunities will be offered in January, February, March, and April 2016

Tue Bubble Soccer Sports Night
  • We will be playing bubble soccer on Mar 8 for the Tuesday sports night.
  • Cadets must have waivers signed by their parents prior to attending on Mar 8. Waivers can be found here.
