  • All cadets with white accoutrements (white belts, lanyards) in their possession must hand-in said articles to the Supply Officer
  • If you are unable to attend summer training, you must contact 2Lt Wong; submissions are found here
  • The GCK test will be on 5-May (Tues) and 6-May (Wed). You must inform Lt Chiang, or 2Lt Wong if you cannot make those dates. Study package can be found here.

Sponsoring Committee Announcements

  • Parent Information Meetings are Tuesday, April 28 and Wednesday, April 29 in the school library at 7 pm. The commanding officer will visit to update on squadron training and activities.  There will be information on past and future events and activities, new flight/squadron update, ACR, etc., and opportunity to ask questions. Please join us for light refreshments afterwards and CO’s Parade with promotions at 8:30 pm.  We look forward to seeing you.
  • For their 75th Anniversary, the Air Cadet League of Canada is sponsoring a POSTER CONTEST. Further details may found at the Air Cadet League website. Submission Deadline for Squadron Level judging is May 27, 2015.
  • Several Post Secondary Scholarships are awarded to cadets by the Air Cadet League of Canada. Deadline for application submission is 01 May 2015.  Visit http://aircadetleague.com/for-cadets-squadrons/awards/dale-birchall-young-citizens-foundation-scholarships-awards/ for more information.
  • The 70th Annual Tri-Service Ball is Saturday, May 30, 2015. Tickets are $25 until April 30th and $30 from May 1 to 13. Please put money in an envelope with your full name and guest’s name (if applicable) printed neatly on outside of envelope. Hand-in to a sponsoring committee member.   • Please support our ongoing Bottle Return Fundraiser. Visit Return It Bottle Depot, #2400 – 2542 Barnet Highway, Coquitlam. Before cashier opens till, ask him to put the funds on Account #6 for ‘754 Phoenix Air Cadet Squadron’ or Account #295 for “754 Phoenix Satellite Flight”. See Post for more information.
