Closing Parade Announcements

SUBJECT DETAILS
NEW Bubble Soccer
  • We are hosting 3 Bubble Soccer sessions for our squadron, and each flight is assigned to one of the sessions, with the exception of the new Recruits who can sign-up for either November sessions
    • Nov 20 – #1, #3, #5 Flight COMPLETED
    • Nov 27 – #2, #4 Flight, Recruits (all others may sign-up, but priority will be given to those who were assigned)
    • Dec 18 – Band
  • Each session will be held at the squadron, from 7pm to 9pm, and cadets are to meet up by 6:45pm
  • Cadets must have parent/guardian sign this waiver, or you cannot participate in the game

NEW Acceleration Test
  • For those cadets who missed the acceleration test, remedial testing will be offered on Mon, Nov 27, 7pm at Moody Elementary in the Library
  • NOTE: this test is only applicable to those cadets who will be 14 years or older before 1 Sep 18
  • Unless otherwise arranged, this will be the only remedial session offered
NEW National Summer Training Course
  • Applicants should have already submitted their first draft of resume and cover letter to the office
  • Please prepare all relevant documents (minus Fortress applications) ASAP
  • All documents must be submitted to the office by Dec 6, otherwise cadets will need to ensure their package is delivered to the BCPC Office NLT Dec 14
New Recruit Name Tag Order
  • All new recruits will be receiving one name tag at no cost.
  • We need all new recruits to confirm the spelling of their last name. A name list will be posted on the notice bulletin board in the gym next week. New recruits please check that your last name is spelled correctly. If a correction is needed, record the correct spelling on the list beside your name.
Long Service Medal and Bars/Rosettes Orders
  • Cadets who have been in cadets for four years may apply to receive a Long Service Medal.
  • Cadets who have been in the cadet program for five years or more may apply for a bar/rosette to add to their long service Medal – one for each subsequent year of service after four years.
  • Eligible cadets for the Long Service Medal and/or bars and rosettes please see Mrs. Carol Lee on Wednesday Night to have your name added to the application form.
