Tue+Wed Drill Team Practice
  • [Regular] Thu 31 Mar 16, 1900 – 2100 at Maillard Middle

Tue+Wed Band Comp Hoodies
  • Hoodie sizes and money are required by Thu 31 Mar 16 to Lt Wong
  • Bring either cash in a sealed envelope, or a cheque payable to 754 Squadron Sponsoring Committee; be sure to write your name to identify your payment
  • Payment will be collected at Moody Elementary from 1945 to 2045, and after Drill Team practice at Maillard Middle

  • All cadets should review the routine and practice the music prior to the Sun practice
Tue+Wed Summer Training
  • Summer Training selections are now complete; we will inform you when we receive the Offer of Participation
  • Cadets that were not selected during the initial submission will be considered for Spare; we will inform you when we receive additional spots
Tue+Wed Trophy Return
  • Cadets who received 754 Awards last June, on Awards Night, please return your trophies by the end of April.  Return to the squadron offices at either the Moody or Maillard locations.
Tues+Wed Cadet Pianist Needed!
  •  The Air Cadet League of Canada, BC Provincial Committee will be assisting with the hosting of The Air Cadet League of Canada’s President’s Dinner on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at the River Rock Hotel & Casino in Richmond. This is an evening event to start at approximately 6:00pm (time to be confirmed). They are looking for a talented Air Cadet to play the piano as background music during the Saturday evening Dinner.  If you think you have the talent to do so, please see application form for more information on how to apply.
Tue+Wed Post-Secondary Scholarships
  1. 754 Phoenix SSC will again be awarding four $500 post-secondary scholarships to 754 Phoenix cadet who are presently in grade 12,  graduating June 2016, and continuing their education at a post-secondary institution.  Submit your application to a sponsoring committee member or LHQ or satellite flight office by April 6, 2016.  Late applications will not be accepted.
  2. The Air Cadet League of Canada is offering three post-secondary scholarships.  Deadline for application is April 1, 2016.  Go to the ACLC website for more information and an application form.

Tue+Wed High School Work Experience Program
  • The Air Cadet League in partnership with the Aerospace Industry is offering a High School Work Experience Program to cadets in grade 11, or 12 that will provide them the opportunity to gain 40 hours of voluntary work experience in either an aerospace technical maintenance facility or airport operations environment.  This work experience will also fulfill the 30 hours work experience and community service requirement for graduation.
  • Work Experience opportunities will be offered in January, February, March, and April 2016
