This week we are focusing on getting our new recruits ready to go! They are coming in on Wed 6 Oct from 1830 to 2100 hrs. Regular training will start on Wed 13 Oct:
WED 13 OCT
– in person training for Level 1 (recruits) and Level 3 (FCpls) – online training for Level 2 (Cpls) and Level 4 (Sgts) – on Teams
WED 20 OCT
– in person training for Level 2 and Level 4 – online training for Level 1 and Level 3
OTHER NOTES:
- GROUND SCHOOL – for those who are wanting to take the Glider or Power Pilot Training Courses in 2022, we are running the Ground School program online Nationally. All cadets across the country will be required to do this if they want to proceed to write the entrance exams for the Glider Pilot or Power Pilot Training Courses. We will have extra sessions with our own instructors as well. This will be a 45-hour self-paced on-line course. Registration deadline is 8 Oct 22. YOU MUST BE 16 AS OF 1 SEP 22 FOR GLIDER AND 17 AS OF 1 SEP 22 FOR POWER.
- CADET 365 – in 2022, we will be getting cadets onto the Cadet 365 computer platform, which will replace our Team. You will be getting an official Cadet email and have access to a lot of useful resources.
