  • The bus departs Maillard Middle at 18:00 next Tuesday, do not be late! We will return for 21:30.
  • All Christmas train tickets have been purchased already. If you signed up, but can no longer attend you must let us know as soon as possible.

Wednesday Only Winter Activity
  • Pizza Dinner and Games
  • Moody Elementary Gym

Tues+Wed Scholarship Courses All scholarship applicants should now have submitted the following:

  • Cover letters and resumes for review (Last chance for feedback next week, please submit to your respective training officer prior to your parade night)
  • School Transcripts

During the Winter Break, we will host a Mock Review Board briefing to ensure you understand what is expected and what kinds of questions may be asked on your board. The tentative date is Dec 22 at the Coquitlam library, more information will be emailed to you. Please continue studying your review package, as well as for your scholarship exams.

Tue+Wed Groundschool If you are writing the Glider/Power scholarship, you must attend Groundschool this Monday for the mock exam. This will help you gauge how much studying you need to do over the break.
Tues+Wed Effective Speaking Program Our Effective Speaking Program begins in January 2016.Place:  Moody Elementary School LibraryDates:  Thursdays, 21 January 2016 to 25 February 2016Time:  7 pm to 9 pmSign up posted in gym on Tuesday & Wednesday training nights.  For more details see Effective Speaking Program Poster.
Tues+Wed High School Work Experience Program
  • The Air Cadet League in partnership with the Aerospace Industry is offering a High School Work Experience Program to cadets 15 years and older in grade 11, or 12 that will provide them the opportunity to gain 40 hours of voluntary work experience in either an aerospace technical maintenance facility or airport operations environment.  This work experience will also fulfill the 30 hours work experience and community service requirement for graduation.
  • Work Experience opportunities will be offered in January, February, March, and April 2016
