This year’s parade marks the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain. All returning cadets are highly encouraged to participate in this special occasion. Transportation will be provided for cadets attending this parade. If you have not done so, sign up here and indicate how you will be travelling to the parade. The Battle of Britain parade will be held at Boundary Bay Airport on 20 Sep 15.
- 1st bus – arrive at Moody Elementary NLT 0830 hrs; bus leaves 0845 hrs
- 2nd bus – arrive at Moody Elementary NLT 1000 hrs; bus leaves 1015 hrs
- Personal vehicle – arrive at Boundary Bay Airport NLT 1115 hrs
- All cadets should arrive back at Moody Elementary for 1700 hrs
All returning cadets will be in full dress uniform, and you must bring your issued parka as it will be rainy. Seniors who have parade positions will need to bring whites as well. Cadets are also required to bring his/her own lunch, water and/or snacks for the day.
To all the new cadets, you are welcome to attend this event as a spectator. Please be at Boundary Bay Airport by 1:30pm.
