How to Register
Registration nights for the 2017/2018 training year are 06 Sept 2017 and 13 Sept 2017 (Wednesdays). Registration will be held at Old Orchard Hall, 646 Bentley Road, Port Moody. After these dates you may register at our Squadron Office located at Moody Elementary School, 2717 St Johns St., Port Moody, on Wednesday Training Nights between 6:30 and 9 pm. Please check the squadron website calendar to confirm that we are at Moody Elementary on the Wednesday you plan to register.

NOTE: Returning cadets, please register on Sept. 6. You may register on Sept 13 only if you are unable to attend Sept 14 registration night.
Registration is “first come, first served”, and late comers will be placed on a wait list. Registration will be open until December 2017 if space is available.
Please note:
- Parents of all registrants, new and returning, must accompany their child to registration.
- Your child may not register until he/she has reached 12 years of age. Please do NOT visit our office to register before your 12th birth date.

Please bring the following original documents (at least ONE for each) and completed paperwork with you to registration:
Proof of age:
- a valid Canadian Passport;
- a Birth Certificate issued by a Canadian provincial, territorial or federal government agency;
- any card, visa or permit (work, study, resident, etc.) (with photo) issued by the Canadian Government which legally authorizes the person to reside in Canada for an extended period of time; or
- any identification card (with or without photo) issued by a Canadian provincial, territorial or federal government agency. No certificates of live birth please.
Proof of health insurance:
- BC Care Card;
- Territorial Health Insurance Card; or
- Private Insurance (e.g. Blue Cross) Card.

- Please ensure that you read the first two pages before you fill out this form
- We recommend that you refer to the New Applicant Form FAQ document as you complete this form, as it is based on questions we received last year
- Bring the completed form with you when you register in September
- Note: Returning cadets will be completing an Annual Validation, and are not required to complete this form
Squadron Sponsoring Committee (SSC) Registration Package 2017/18
- All parents, new and returning, are required to complete this package
- Please complete Page 2, and bring it when registering your cadet, along with the registration fee
